The Group will be leaving Orchard Vale at 9am promptly and travelling by coach to the theatre.  

 

It would be a good idea to ensure your child has a large breakfast before  leaving home as we will not return to school for lunch until approximately 1.15pm.

 

Please could your child wear their school uniform and bring a coat.

 

You might like to send your child with a small bag of sweets and a small snack, which they can carry in their coat pockets, to eat whilst at the theatre.  They will be given a small tub of ice-cream at the theatre.

 

If your child is ill on the day, and cannot attend the trip, please could you contact the School Office by 8.30am (01271 375074).  We will attempt to fill the place.  If another child is able to take the place we will be able to give you a refund.

 

The performance is scheduled to finish at approximately 1pm when the children we will return to school. 

 

Hot meals will not be available on the day for children attending the panto. Your child will need to bring a packed lunch, which they can eat upon their return to school. If you have already booked a School Packed Lunch this will be provided for them.
