School Hall Hire Process

New Hall Hire Process


We are again starting to have some hall hires for birthday parties at the weekends.  We no longer take cash with regards to the hall hire fee so we have updated the process for booking a hire.

  • Bookings should be made 3 weeks in advance of the date you would like for your hire.

  • Enquiries by email to the Orchard Vale email address,, stating the date and times you wish to hire the hall.

  • Once confirmed by us as available you will be sent a letter of agreement to sign, application for hire to complete and an invoice with BACS details on for the hall hire fee, payable by bank transfer.

  • We still request a £50 refundable deposit in cash to the school office along with all the signed paperwork.  This deposit will be returned after the BACS fee for the hall hire has cleared in our account and assuming there are no issues.

Until we receive all payments and paperwork completed any request for hiring the hall will not be considered as a firm booking.  Any queries please email us at
